As an alternative to a single large cake, why not present each of your wedding guests with an individual small cake of their own?
Choose from marbled chocolate cups with a rich chocolate sponge and a truffle filling or individual little cakes with various chocolate or mousse fillings.
A number of alcohols can be used, including kirsch, orange liqueur, cherry brandy, rum, passion fruit and raspberry liqueurs, and the cakes can be decorated with marzipan fruits or chocolate truffles.
